Hillcrest South Childbirth Education Series (3-nights)

Childbirth information presented emphasizes natural coping techniques during labor and birth. Lamaze breathing techniques explained and practiced each class. The classes cover all aspects of labor and birth, including vaginal birth, variations in labor, Cesarean birth, pain medication options, newborn appearance, postpartum, breathing & relaxation exercises and comfort measures for many of the situations that can occur during labor.

Class sizes are limited to one registrant and their one guest.
